Because all items are made-to-order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
1. Made-to-Order Policy
All KOKO RIKO products are produced specifically for you after purchase.
For this reason, we do not accept returns due to:
• Wrong size selected
• Change of mind
• Buyer’s remorse
• Incorrect address provided by customer
Please review sizing and details carefully before ordering.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives:
• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:
• Order number
• Clear photos of the issue
• Description of the problem
If approved, we will:
• Send a replacement at no cost
OR
• Issue a refund
3. Shipping Issues
KOKO RIKO is not responsible for:
• Delays caused by shipping carriers
• Lost packages marked as “Delivered”
• Incorrect shipping information entered by customer
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
4. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Processing time: 5–10 business days (depending on your bank)
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of purchase.
After production begins, cancellations are not possible.
